  7.                  SATHER LIBRARY GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE

  9. It is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this
  10. license, but altering it is not allowed.

  12. The following terms describe the limitations on copying, distributing,
  13. using, or altering those Sather library classes which are protected by
  14. this license.

  16. 1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of such Sather library
  17. source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you
  18. conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy a valid copyright
  19. notice of the form "Copyright (C) International Computer Science
  20. Institute, 1991" with the appropriate year; keep intact the notices on
  21. all files that refer to this License Agreement and the absence of any
  22. warranty and the list of original authors of each class; and give any
  23. other recipients of any protected Sather libraries a copy of this
  24. License Agreement along with the program.

  44.    Center Street, Suite 600, Berkeley, CA 94706 and which may be

  48.    names acknowledging the original authors of any Sather library
  49.    classes used in the program.

  51.    c) Acknowledge the use of Sather and Sather library classes in any

  55. 4. You may not copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer protected
  56. Sather library classes except as expressly provided under this License
  57. Agreement.  Any attempt otherwise to copy, sublicense, distribute or
  58. transfer these classes is void and your rights to them under this
  59. License agreement shall be automatically terminated.  However, parties
  60. who have received computer software programs from you with this
  61. License Agreement will not have their licenses terminated so long as
  62. such parties remain in full compliance.

  66. BECAUSE THE SATHER LIBRARIES COVERED BY THIS LICENSE ARE LICENSED FREE
  67. OF CHARGE, WE PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
  68. BY APPLICABLE STATE LAW.  EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING, THE
  69. INTERNATIONAL COMPUTER SCIENCE INSTITUTE AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE
  70. SATHER LIBRARIES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  71. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
  72. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  73. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS
